Temporary Modular Building -Administration Offices

This busy administrative office equipped for accessibility and fully wired for productivity.

Project Details:

One of the largest Community Colleges in America required a complete Administrative Office Complex for their School of Business while they undertook the largest building expansion and refurbishment project in school history.  The project would take 4 – 6 years to complete and they needed to relocate their entire administrative staff during this time.  MMS provided the solution with an attractive, custom built, 4.000 sq. ft. building with ample office space, conference rooms, restrooms, air lock and more in just 2 and a half months. The building featured a durable Hardie Panel exterior that required virtually no maintenance; upgraded Pella Windows and a single-ply EPDM roof also added to the value of the intermediate office space.

A completely custom build, need-specific customizations include:

  • Complex integrated voice/data network system consisting of 45 data locations and 24 voice locations throughout the building
  • Interior finishes feature “seamless” walls and vinyl covered gypsum panels, textured gypsum ceilings, and carpeted floors to help create a quiet and professional office atmosphere.


  • Energy and cost effectient utilizing R-30 ceilings, R-19 floors, and R-13 walls, & programmable thermostats
  • Sound insulation on interior walls with a minimum Sound Transmission Coefficient of 39
