 When the developer of a luxury high rise condominium faced the need to begin selling units before putting a shovel in the ground they contacted McDonald Modular Solutions. Flex Plex units provided the flexibility, quality and speed required. The front portion of the modular building interior was built out using cove moldings, inset carpets, and solid wood details. The rear area of the modular building was transformed into a luxury condominium model complete with hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, solid wood cabinetry, and granite surfaces. The Flex Plex exterior was painted in earth tone colors and accented with colorful awnings and flowers surrounding the ADA ramp.
