For nearly 75 years, McDonald Modular
Solutions has been an innovator in the modular space industry. Our
Modular units are factory built to meet McDonald Modular Standards, and
every aspect of the project is overseen by McDonald Modular employees. In 1932 Franklyn E. McDonald founder of McDonald Trailer Sales delivered his first travel trailer called a "Covered Wagon." Recognizing this product’s use for domestic living as well as recreation, Mr.McDonald opened his first mobile home/travel trailer dealership in metro Detroit. Within several years the company became McDonald Mobile Homes, Inc. with six dealerships throughout Michigan. Mr.McDonald’s leadership set standards for development of dealerships and mobile home parks. Franklyn McDonald is now considered a pioneer in the recreational and mobile home industry. In 1976 he was elected to the RV/Mobile Home Hall of Fame. In 1962, Bruce E. McDonald entered the family business. By 1968, he started a division called McDonald Mobile Offices, Inc. converting used mobile homes into office trailers. |

In 1993, the Modular Building Institute, a national organization, recognized Bruce McDonald with its Outstanding Achievement Award for his contributions to the modular building industry. The company evolved around a primary goal: "to provide our customers with the best quality product and the best service that we can give at a competitive price." |

In 1999, as a testament to this effort, the company became the first in it's industry to receive an ISO 9001 Quality certification. In 2001 McDonald Offices, Inc. changed names to reflect all of the companies enterprises. Today, McDonald Modular Solutions Inc, is a source of mobile and modular structures, storage containers and forkliftable buildings. McDonald Modular has truly become the modular solution for business and industry. |
